Process for Complaint against an Instructor:

  1. Meet with professor to discuss concern
  2. Meet with Department Chair

Process for Complaint against a Campus/Office Employee:

If you have a complaint with an office on campus, please contact the supervisor in the specific department in an effort to resolve the issue.

Once you have exhausted all steps that are listed above and still have not been successful in resolving your complaint; and if you feel more comfortable submitting an official complaint, you may submit your complaint using the Student Complaint Form.pdf.
