Welcome to the web home of the EOPS, CARE, and NextUp (CAFYES) programs at Los Angeles Harbor College! Our programs exists for the purpose of helping students achieve their dreams; whether their goal is to complete an occupational certificate, an associate degree, transfer to a four-year university, or to enhance skills for job advancement. Whatever your goal, you will find that our services are designed with your success in mind. Our faculty and staff are committed to providing to you "over and above" attention, care, and support to assist you as you navigate the path of your educational journey. Every member of our team is trained and prepared to work with you to help you gain the most benefit from your time spent at L.A. Harbor College.
